At the Balkan Entente Conference in Belgrade, the neutral states of Yugoslavia, Greece, Romania and Turkey declare a common interest in maintaining peace in south-eastern Europe.
Despite continued and sustained pressure from Soviet forces the Finnish army is holding the Mannerheim Line.
